Timeline for Paperwork
Due by May 1 to Ree
Tentative camp schedule with departure & return times – for the purpose of scheduling transportation and outfitters. The transportation budget is set to allow a certain amount of hours offsite. If you have questions about how to figure out how long you can be offsite, please contact Ree. Adventure Deans - When creating your schedule, please do not schedule a Lower Yough trip for Wednesday or a canoeing trip for Tuesday. Waivers for your adventure activities are included in the packet that you receive at the dean's meeting. Please make as many additional copies as are necessary.
Program Staff requests. Please note – you are not guaranteed any program staff. Please make every effort to recruit enough staff for your event.
Due One Month before your camp event to Mary. Mail or email to Mary Meeder your final schedule, Summer Info Sheet, & Cookout/snack sheet.
