Special Needs Camp
Jesus Adventure and Me

July 1-7, 2012
Ages 14-adult - Event # J6D - Cost $543

Jesus Adventure and Me: A week JAM-packed with adventures and activities adapted especially for youth and adults (age 14-99) with developmental disabilities. Activities will include flatwater rafting, ropes course, Adventure Center, archery, tent camping, hiking, cookouts, games, Bible lessons and more! Outings will include a 7 mile float trip down the Yough River, and a day trip to Ohiopyle for swimming, picnicking, and hiking. All activities will be adapted to meet each camper’s individual skills and abilities by trained, qualified volunteers. Most importantly, at JAM camp, through Bible Study, song, and prayer, campers will learn and grow in their relationship with Christ. Campers must be able to care for their basic needs (showering, toileting and eating) with minimal assistance and must be able to conduct themselves in a positive manner.
