CIT Weekend is your opportunity to take the first step. From Friday through Sunday, you’ll experience what it’s really like to be a Jumonville Counselor while learning, growing, and discovering more about yourself and your leadership potential.
This immersive weekend is designed for those who feel called to serve, lead, and grow in faith. Through hands-on training, group experiences, and guided reflection, you’ll gain valuable skills that prepare you for life at camp and beyond.

CIT Weekend is more than a single event—it’s the beginning of a journey. Participants who show strong leadership and commitment may be invited to join the Jumonville summer staff team to continue hands-on training during the summer.
