Jesus Adventure & Me
Jesus Adventure and Me (JAM) is a joyful, faith-filled winter retreat designed especially for youth and adults ages 14+ with intellectual disabilities. This weekend is all about belonging, encouragement, and growing together in Christ in a safe, supportive environment.
Throughout the retreat, campers will enjoy a variety of adapted activities, including crafts, games, Bible lessons, music, and prayer. Every activity is thoughtfully designed to meet each camper’s individual skills and abilities, with support from trained and qualified volunteers.
Most importantly, JAM is a place where campers are welcomed just as they are and invited to deepen their relationship with Christ through shared experiences, worship, and community.
What to Expect
- A weekend filled with fun, friendship, and faith

- Bible study, song, and prayer woven throughout the weekend
- Activities adapted to each camper’s abilities
- Support from trained, caring volunteers
Camper Requirements
To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, campers must:
- Be able to care for basic personal needs (showering, toileting, and eating) with minimal assistance
- Be able to participate in group settings in a positive manner
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: Friday from 4:00–6:00 PM at Washington Lodge
- Pick-up: Sunday at 1:00 PM
