Mark has been a member of the Jumonville family since he was a middle school camper. Through the years he has served a counselor, marketing committee member, Board Chair, and today services as Vice Chair of the Board. He recently moved to Virginia where he serves as Vice President of Business Development at Augusta Health. He and his wife live in Waynesboro, VA. His wife Jennifer is a middle school Math teacher. They have two daughters, Jaclyn and Nicole, who are married to Mack and Dylan, respectively. And they have a son Tony who is a junior at Grove City College, PA.

Jeff Bees

Jeff has been involved with Jumonville for more than 30 years, first as a camper, then as a member of summer staff, and most recently as a member of the Board of Directors, serving as the Chair for the past five years. Jeff also serves on the Board of the Jumonville Foundation. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Urban Impact Foundation on Pittsburgh’s Northside. He and his wife, Michele, and their three sons have called Pittsburgh home for more than 25 years, and use their home as a resource in hospitality ministry. Jeff is the CFO of Commercial and Ancillary Products of the UPMC Health Plan.

Lynn Hartenstein

Lynn Hartenstein has been involved in Jumonville programming for several decades as was a past Jumonville summer staff member. Lynn currently serves on the Jumonville Board of Directors and has a daughter, Sarah, and a husband, Gary who have all been actively involved at Jumonville. Lynn & Gary were married in the chapel at Jumonville.

Lisa has been a camper since she was a teenager and absolutely loves the mountaintop. Jumonville has always held a special place in her heart. She says, “I love sharing the good news of Jesus with children and youth. It seems that God always provides a teaching moment for me!” She participated in camps with her daughter Alysa and son Austin. She was co-dean for Mommy, Daddy and Me with Rev Jeff St Clair for two years and Family Adventure with Sarah Gintner for three.

Rev. Sharon Hamley

Jumonville has been a big part of Sharon’s life, it has played a big part in helping her to become a minister in the United Methodist Church. Being the daughter of a pastor, going to one of the church camps was pretty much a given. Jumonville was the camp of choice. Sharon spent many nights sleeping in the cabins under the glow of the cross. As she grew older she became a counselor for one of the camps and eventually she ended up working one summer in the dish room. Spending all that time under the cross helped in growing Sharon’s faith and it helped her to hear the calling to ministry. Now Sharon is an ordained elder and serves at the New Florence United Methodist Church. She has a husband who deans a wilderness camp and she has two kids who are almost at camping age. Jumonville has given Sharon a lot of memories and she is very excited to help other little ones make their own memories of camping on the mountain under the cross.
