Hi! My name is Holly Yurek. I started my amazing camping career in 2001 and attended the CIT camp in 2009. The next year since I was of the age to start working at Jumonville, I did. I worked at as a life guard in 2010, 2012, and 2013. During those 3 fantastic years I was also periodically a night counselor when needed. My faith in Jesus Christ as grown and thrived so much from being at Jumonville. I’ve made memories and friendships that will last a life time from attending and working at Jumonville. My favorite bible verses are Philippians 4:13 and Colossians 1:11-12.
A little more about myself: I am currently a junior (will be a senior in 2015) Chemistry major and Mathematics minor at La Roche College in Pittsburgh. My goal is to go to graduate school to study Chemistry in further detail. I am also a part of the women’s volleyball team and Vice President of The National Society of Leadership and Success. I have 9 siblings (6 brothers and 3 sisters), and I am the oldest! Some of my hobbies include photography, playing sports (especially volleyball), hanging out with friends, making crafts from Pinterest…the list could go on!
