The Inn at Jumonville
Capacity: Up to 40 guests
Description: Private hotel-style rooms with queen or double beds, private bathrooms, in-room refrigerators, and individual climate control. The Inn offers a quiet, comfortable place for guests to rest and recharge during their stay.
Best For: Leadership retreats, women's weekends, pastoral retreats, couples getaways, and smaller groups looking for a quieter and more private stay.
Washington Lodge
Capacity: Up to 136 guests
Description: Semi-private and dormitory-style rooms with a mix of shared and private bathroom options depending on the section of the lodge. Shared lounges and gathering spaces make it easy for large groups to stay connected throughout the weekend.
Best For: Youth retreats, church groups, conference groups, and organizations bringing 100+ people who want to stay in one connected building.
Bishop's Cabins (Luccock, Simpson, Smith & Thoburn)
Capacity: Up to 24 guests per cabin · Up to 96 total (all four)
Description: Four T-shaped cabins with three carpeted bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge area with a refrigerator, and bunk or loft-style sleeping for up to 24 guests. Groups can reserve a single cabin or combine multiple cabins depending on the size of their retreat.
Best For: Youth ministry retreats, seasonal camp groups, and mid-size retreats looking for a cabin-style experience while still having access to the amenities and support of the larger retreat center.
Epworth Heights Cabins
Capacity: Up to 24 guests per cabin · Up to 96 total (all four)
Maple and Oak Cabin: Two side-by-side cabins in the Epworth Heights area, each sharing the same floor plan: 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, twin beds and built-in loft areas, and a comfortable furnished lounge with refrigerator. Book one or reserve both for groups up to 48.
Pine Cabin (24 guests) — 2 bedrooms (12 per side, bunk-style), 2 bathrooms, kitchen area, TV, and a new front porch. A well-equipped cabin for groups comfortable with shared-room setups.
Hickory Cabin (18 guests) — 2 bedrooms with loft and lower beds, 2 bathrooms, central meeting area, kitchen, and a porch. Fully carpeted and renovated, with a layout that keeps the group together.
Best For: Small-to-mid-size groups wanting cabin-style accommodations with private bathrooms; ministry teams, leadership cohorts, and groups that want proximity to the rest of campus without being in a large dormitory.
Martha Cabin · Andrew Cabin
Capacity: Up to 24 guests per cabin
Martha Cabin (16 guests) — 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and a full kitchen lounge with warm chestnut paneling. A popular choice for groups who want character and comfort in equal measure.
Andrew Cabin (16 guests) — 4 bedrooms each with private bathrooms, cathedral ceiling, and a carpeted lounge with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. Ideal for small groups wanting flexibility and privacy.
Best For: Small ministry teams, leadership cohorts, breakout groups within a larger retreat, and organizations that want their own private cabin with a self-contained lounge and kitchen area.

Automatically provided in The Inn. They can be rented as an add-on for other buildings.
